We more often than not hear of people traveling to Europe or other developed nations. However, it is very rare that you hear Colombia as a destination of choice for travel. We do not really hear about Colombia, yet we are going to have the chance to explore a country and a culture that is easily ignored. We are about to open new doors and hope that people don’t close them and go in and take a look at a new point of view: ours. One student is extremely thrilled about our destination, since this is something that people would not ordinarily do, and we have the opportunity to take on this adventure. This student is ready for a new experience, as well as the adventures that we are about to encounter. She does not really know what to expect, but she is welcoming it with open arms. She hopes to acquire new knowledge, yet have fun and make the best out of every moment. She is very excited, as well as the rest of the group, with the journey we are about to embark.
